Three people have been rushed to hospital after a balcony collapsed at a home in Sydney’s north-west.

Emergency crews were called to the property on Rebecca Pde in Winston Hills just after 1pm on Thursday, finding two adults and a teenager injured in the fall.

Multiple paramedics treated the trio at the scene before transporting them to hospital.

NSW Ambulance confirmed to 7NEWS.com.au that a woman in her 60s suffered neck, head and shoulder injuries, while a man in his 30s sustained arm injuries

A teenage boy was also treated for minor abrasions.

The adults were taken to Westmead Hospital, with the teen transported to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

All three are in a stable condition.

Fire and Rescue NSW crews worked alongside paramedics, helping stabilise the patients and secure the area.

A spokesperson told 7NEWS.com.au that it took about an hour to treat and move the injured, with one patient carried out on a stretcher.

The cause of the collapse remains unclear, and the structural integrity of the home will be assessed at a later stage.
